Selling tickets in movie theater

I prefer if you could write some code of the program but you can give me
hints and I witry to write the program myself.
Q1. Seat reservation program for movie theatre.
Total no. Of seats are 200 with 10 rows and 20 seats in each row. All the
rows shall be marked with alphabets starting from A to J, seats shall be
marked by numbers from 1-20.
So each seat will look like these- A1, A2, G8, B5 etc.
Each cell in the table represent 0 or 1 with 0 meaning seats are empty and
1 means seats are filled.
Also booking shall start from last row J to first row A and 20 seats can
be booked at max.
If seats are booked than print the seat numbers e.g A1 H3 etc and if
booking fails print 'seats are filled'.
